It’s good to see there is still honor to the work put in and fast, quality customer service. Despite an unknown manufacturer defect in a trailer tire these guys got me in the door quickly and made my trip happen. They honored the replacement, gave me additional peace of mind by letting me hold on to an extra spare, and buttoned up some other loose ends without breaking the bank. The communication was great and they were insightful towards my questions/concerns. Thanks again for all the help!
Great customer service does still exist!! Everyone from the front of the house to the back of the house was super friendly and helpful. I had to do some minor repairs to a trailer I bought from them in 1995. This trailer is still in perfect shape after all these years. The only thing that had to be replaced was the wooden bunks. Thanks to the entire staff!!!
If you are looking for a new trailer, I wanted to share a great experience. I recently bouught a new Owens and Sons trailer for a 31 contender. I feel like I bought from people who really care about what they do. I live in Central Florida and was able to talk to Jeff by phone in St. Petersburg and without bringing my boat to him, he was able to build a custom trailer for the boat. This guy is a real proffessional. We decided on any upgrades I wanted. He listened and offered suggestion and did a great job. He and his sister Kim were a pleasure to deal with and built an awesome trailer. Great experience, great trailer and at a great price. Thank you,
