I originally wrote a review a year ago in 2021, and this is an update. This time (June 2022), he came out to fix a new problem with our Eagle gate sensor. Like last time, AJ is so friendly, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with and completely addressed the issue. He takes pride in his work, and he makes me wish he did other types of projects because he'd be great at everything. Here's what I wrote a year ago: AJ was super friendly and helpful. We had to change our gate remotes, and he even tried to help me figure this out on my own. It was too complicated for me, and he came out the same day. He reprogrammed all our remotes and even re-adjusted our gate so it closed more quietly and softly (thus preventing future problems down the road). He worked longer than anticipated but he didn't charge us beyond what he originally estimated by phone. His company is near our home and his visit felt more like a neighborly visit than a typical service call. If something comes up again, I'll definitely call him again. Can't recommend him enough!

We’re so happy that we found AJ to come and help us out to update our old front door lock to a smart lock. He was very accommodating, always answered and did a perfect job!! He even helped us to put up the baby monitors (one day before baby arrived) so we don’t know what we would have done without him. Thank you again AJ!!!
